Instruction
Weekly lessons build strong fundamentals while meeting each musician at their current level. Most piano and vocal sessions are 30 minutes, with daytime, after-school, and live online options available by program.
Build confident technique, music-reading fluency, rhythm, and expression through lessons paced to the individual student.
Develop healthy singing habits while learning to read music, understand theory, explore composition, and communicate with confidence through song.

Vocal programs
Vocal instruction begins with the fundamentals of healthy singing—breath, posture, tone, pitch, rhythm, and diction—then builds into music reading, notation, theory, interpretation, performance, and introductory composition.
Weekly vocal lessons
One 30-minute in-studio lesson each week. Standard tuition is $35 per lesson and is charged monthly. Live online, recorded, and combined online formats are offered only as private instruction at $45 per lesson.
Utah Fits All · Marketplace only
The $560 tuition package covers one weekly in-person vocal lesson for four months. In-person lessons may be individual or offered in a small-group format based on student placement and scheduling. Online instruction is private only and uses the private rate.

Private weekly vocal instruction is $45 per lesson. This is also the rate for all live, recorded, or combined online piano and vocal lessons. A four-month private package is $720 in tuition.
Small choir ensemble
Students learn ensemble singing, blend, harmony, music reading, rehearsal skills, theory, and performance. Friday choir options are offered at 10 a.m. for homeschool students and 2 p.m. for students seeking an after-school group.

I began piano lessons at seven years old and discovered that music was much more than notes on a page. It was a place to think, feel, and grow.
After more than a decade of private piano study, Kate continued developing her musicianship through professional vocal training and years of choir and solo performance. She has sung with choirs, at baseball games, and for other public and community events. Encore Performance Studios brings that training and performance experience together in a welcoming place where students can learn with purpose and develop genuine confidence in their own abilities.

Primary instruction is offered in-studio in Herriman, Utah. Online piano and vocal lessons are private only and may be live, recorded, or a combination of both.
Encore welcomes students at different ages and stages. Your first conversation helps determine fit, readiness, goals, and the appropriate starting material.
Consistent practice matters more than last-minute practice. Students are generally encouraged to practice about 20 focused minutes each day and bring their assigned materials to each lesson.
Yes. Encore plans a Winter Recital and Spring Recital. The tentative 2026–27 dates are Friday, December 11, 2026, and Friday, May 21, 2027. Final times and locations will be shared directly with enrolled studio families.
Standard in-studio piano and vocal lessons are $35 weekly and charged monthly. All online piano and vocal instruction is private and costs $45 weekly, whether delivered live, recorded, or through a combination of both. Piano and vocal appointments are offered Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m.–1 p.m. and 4–6 p.m. Choir meets Fridays at 10 a.m. for homeschool students and 2 p.m. for the after-school group. All placements depend on current availability.
